Apple has modified the security features in iOS 9+, so follow the below steps after installing the app in device.

  1. Launch Settings from your Home Screen.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Tap on Profiles/Device Management.
  4. Tap the name of the distributor under the Enterprise App section (iPhone Distribution: FACILITY SOLUTIONS GROUP, INC).
  5. Tap to trust.
  6. Tap to confirm.

*You must manually return to your home screen and find the ProT icon, AFTER YOU CLICK INSTALL*.
